End link question?
#2
The way the dealer told me mine were bad was while the car was on the lift, he pulled down on the sway bar and it moved. Don't know how valid that test is, but that's how the dealer I went to discovered my endlinks problem(s).

If you question the condition at all just change them out. They are about $40 for both sides and take about 30 minutes to change out. The only thing is you have to get an alignment after changing the end links.

mine are overly compressed with alot of movement, I tried to take them off today but was defeated by the top bolt on the driver side. I ended of stripping the bolt. I guess I will have to torch it off, has anyone ever done this? I'll post some pictures up tomorrow.

asianstyle-when you change the end links, definitely go with the Moog instead of OEM.
As you can see, the Moog end links have much beefier construction.

I have some of these sitting in my closet along with some new swaybar bushing ready to be installed as soon as it warms up outside. I got OEM bushing cause a friend of mine got them for me for 3.00 ea so that's why i didnt go ES.....
