Keyless Entry / Interior light issue.

After i got my repaired ecu back in the car, now my keyless entry is not working. Weird part is, it works ok when the car is running, i can use the remote and it will unlock and lock all doors, when i turn the car off completely i get zero function.

I checked all the fuses but they look fine. Also my map light and sun visor lights are super dim and sometimes they stop working all together, would a bad SECU cause this? or has anyone fixed it any other way?

No answer yet I am still researching. Found some other sites that mention a Smart Intrance module under the dash near the driver's right knee. I might take this out and put it back in and see what happens. A new one seems to be over $100.
Doesn't sound very "Smart" to me if that's it.
