Whining noise after cleaning the throttle body...clueless.. help please..

hi guys... 1st the battery dies .. it was an original.. by the way this on a 02 Auto ...changed the battery.. then the dile would not hold.. would start it up and it would die. Pulled a p0506 code... i took apart the air intake system and cleaned the throttle body according to a procedure posted here on the forums. so now that problem is fixed, the check engine light is gone but there is a whining noise and it gets louder with more throttle... car drives ok. and i checked for leaks 3 times from all the hoses and clamps i put back related with the air intake system...

any clues?

spray with starter fluid while its running, if a leak is found, it should change the sound of the engine idle

my car has a high pitch whining when running, it's not from the intake, more like from the manifold area where it goes into the engine.
