I know i know, there are 200 threads on this bbk. However, I have a question for those of you who used stainless braided brake lines with the 6th gen caliper. From what I read, the only mention that said anything about using braided lines was from a thread from 2005 where the person failed at using stainless brake lines and had to use the stock ones on his 5th gen. There was no specifics to why it didnt fit, just that it didnt.

Has anyone had any success in using stainless braided lines on their 6th gen bbk and if so, did you use lines from a 5th gen, 6th gen or had them made? I am selling a set of 6th gen calipers and a friend is interested in them as long as he can use some braided lines.

 

The Oem 6th Gen calipers used on 5th and 5.5 Gen can use the 5th and 5.5 Gen SS braided hoses with no problem. from all the calipers I've seen I believe the banjo fittings are the same all the way back to the 2nd gen calipers.....
