Vibration starting out in first and 2nd

Hello, i own a 02 maxima 6 spd

Last year i let my friend drive a fully loaded car, he revved up and dropped the clutch and let the tires spin. Ever since then, i noticed a loss in 1&2nd gear torque with a slight vibration. It has been getting progressively worse, but not too bad.

There is definitely a loss in torque 800-1400rpms. Its most noticeable when creeping few mph and taking off in 2nd gear.

Any thoughts?

Yeah.....dont let friends drive your car. Did you punch him after he did that? I would have.

Doesnt sound good. Possibly sounds clutch related to me but it couldnt have been good on the engine either.

Yea, it really doesnt bother me too much because i'm used to it but the loss of torque is annoying. The car has 100k on it with a stock clutch. Sometimes the petal gets half way stuck (doesnt spring back) so i think im due for replacement.
