best factory replacement shocks

i decided i don't have the budget for illuminas and i'm pretty sure i wont be lowering any time soon if at all so what are some good factory replacement shocks? i would like to improve ride quality over stock but dont have the $400+ for illuminas

KYB GR2s run about $70 apiece.

Much better than stock. Not sure what you mean about ride quality. They may be a little stiffer. So handling would improve, but comfort might decrease.

If you want a OEM like softer ride you can usually get good deals on Monroe's,

i have monroe's with tein s-techs and its not a bad alternative to something more expensive

kyb gr2's are exactly the same as oem ones, My friend has them and his ride feels the same as mine.
