Wierd HID Problem

So I ordered the H4 high-lo's for the headlights, and H3s for the fogs, and I got the harness for the headlights too. I ran the wires like I saw on the diagram and for some odd reason when my highs are off, only the fogs turn on, but when my highs are on, only the headlights turn on and there is no halogen high, just the straight HID. Anyone else have a problem with them? Any help is appretiated!

Triple check all the wiring. Something wasn't connected right

If you bought them from the $60 group deal buy like I did and have a 00-01 than you will have to flip the positive and negative harness... I did the same thing as you and followed the directions that said red positive black negative but with my 01 I had to flip it...Try that I betcha it works...

Hmmmm....Sorry man I'm not sure cause like I said I followed the diagram too and they wouldn't turn on either so I flipped the polarity and they lit right up... Did you do a fog re-wire maybe? Maybe spliced into a wrong wire...

As far as I know the fog lights are mechanically switched in the multifunction switch so they won't turn on with the headlight switch in the high beam position or flash to pass (when you 'flick' the high beams)..check and see which wires you have going to what..make sure the right inputs are there for the proper circuits..since the high beams are on normally and the low beams are on in the hi or ftp position, i'd think they were crossed.

thats what i was thinking but im not sure which wire is which! the diagram isnt very insightful and i dont really know which cable controls the hi's and lo's...
