O2 sensor/ running rich question

Ok so I've had an O2 Cel for awhile now. O2 is barely 2 years old. The cell is from running rich at WOT. Once I get the car tuned properly, do you guys think it will clear or should I just replace it before? Or even perhaps install an O2 sim? It's just one code from the front bank

I think Knight_yyz fouled an O2 sensor from running rich at WOT for like 8 months.
