Over $300 to replace the Bose deck

I talked to the guy that has installed stuff in my other cars, and just mentioning what it would cost to replace the deck in my 2K he went freaking nuts. The place wanted over $300 to put it in place, plus any extra labor over 3 hours. He told me the last one he did took almost 8 eights hours. This guy has done alot of work for me and everyone I know thinks he does good work.

Damn, I know it would be a pain to replace it, but I didn't think it would be this bad.

It took me under 30 minutes to replace my bose deck with another bose deck.
