Turnin wheel causes rpm to raise?!?!?!

As stated, My idle has been a little off recently due to what I think is a weak o2. It sits at 650 rpm (normal, 6mt btw) and than will drop to 400 where I'll gas a lil to get it back up and it sits normally again, however I realized recently (might not be a recent problem though) that If my car is at idle at any rpm, (650 or 400) which its almost always @ 650, and i turn the wheel ALL the way, it'll bounce up about 200.. I thought it was coincidence till I stopped and literally turned all the way, re-turned, turned, etc...
um, normal or a wtf problem? lol
Any help appreciated.

I vote normal. Turning your wheel all the way (at idle) puts the most load (from the power steering system) on the engine...IACV then adjusts idle. Normal to see your rpms jumping around when steering at idle....lemme see if I can dig up an FSM reference.

PS: don't hold your steering at lock for more than 10 seconds.

This is very normal..for cars with a belt driven power steering..at idle when the wheel is turned it activates the power steering pump..and at idle with the power stering pump pumpin u will sometimes hear a little whine and notice or hear ur rpms go up a bit..its normal

If it drops to 400, sounds like you need to do the reset procedures (all 3 of them, don't remember what they're called besides the ECU reset).

i'll be doing the reset prcedure asap.
That was actually my main concern, Hopefully it's just that and not a weak O2. No vaccum leaks.
