maf adaptor question

I did a search and couldnt find my answer but i was looking on ebay for a maf adaptor and all i was able to find was ones for 95-99. Will this work on my 02 max? I was looking at using it with a cone filter and the already present maf tubing. Thanks..

will this fit.. or this one

If i recall I think the 350z one is a bit larger so it may not fit but its worth mentioning to me. I also seen one for a 00-04 xtera.

This one will work, I have the 350Z one made by RTec also which looks exactly the same and it works without a problem.
