What's wrong with the car now? I'm guessing bad steering rack or cv joints going bad?

When I turn the wheel all the way I have air release from the front wheels.

Steering wheel makes click sound when I turn the wheel.

 

The clicking may be the air bag clock spring. The air noise may be just a loose or worn belt slipping on the p/s pump.

 

Steering wheel clicking at full turn, I read here is a quick fix, $2 cap for the bolt stopper. Which I have one missing when I checked it. I need to get one and put it on and get the rubber caps.
