are you attempting this yourself? You will need a press...

I have a press and still cant get the smallest control arm bushing out.

you have to cut the bushings out of the control arms. Its melted onto the pin... You need a die grinder with a zip cut wheel, being very careful not to cut the pin. And watch out for the liquid inside the bushing. Very messy when the zip cut starts slicing through

one of the bushings you press out and the other you release the press fit by making a large dent with a chisel or something else, then it easily comes off (unless rusted on)

^^ edited my original post

well as someone pointed out it is actually a side as the engine in mounted sideways, the mount with the aluminum insert pressed in is the front as it is the larger of the two because I have an automatic with the electronic mount which they don't make a bushing that size ... so knight_yyz made an insert to spec and then pressed it in ... in any event the originally poster was after a few pic's of the all the ES bushing inserts for the engine mounts and as I had all mine done he can get a least get a visual on the install
