Is the warranty on the PIAA bulbs for a filiment braking? I was driving down a road near my house whan I pulled up behind someone and noticed one of my lights was out. I turned around and went home cussing all the way. When I popped the hood and took out the bulb, sure enough the low beam filiment was broken off and rattling around inside. Does the PIAA warranty cover stuff like that? I really hate to think I spent 70 bucks on a pair of bulbs that only lasted 5 months!
