maf

maf, o2 sensor, and gear 1 and 2 ratio
I have the following codes and my car is hesitating bad when engine rpm goes over 2000. drives like there is a governor on engine above 2000rpm.
any help would be appreciated:

P0102 (twice) MAF OR VAF CIRCUIT LOW INPUT
P0159 O2 SENSOR CHECK SLOW RESPONCE
P1167
P0732 GEAR 2 RATIO
P0731 GEAR 1 RATIO

Replace MAF and clear codes. The O2 codes may not return. I am not entirely sure as far as the tranny codes.

any other suggestions

any other input would be appreciated.
i removed and cleaned maf. it looked normal, clean and un-damaged.
seems like waist of $$ if its shows sensor related and i replace expensive maf and it doesnt resolve problem and i cant return part.

I had the exact same problem, my car was giving the same codes. I replaced the MAF and it fixed it. I'm not sure if that helps you.

there is a sensor in there. you could have cleaned the MAF to look brand new...but if the sensor is toast, no amount of cleaning will bring it back. I've spotted MAF's for these under $160. I know it sucks, but the general consensus is to replace it. Good luck!
