heater problem

I have a 2000 SE with about 160K miles. About a two weeks ago I noticed that when the is at idle and the heater set to 85 C cold air is blowing through the vents. When I rev up the engine then hot air begins to blow. Just wondering what the problem could be. Thanks

Did you check your coolant level, maybe low and not circulating

Did you just do a coolant change? Might be a bubble in the coolant system?
