Fog light mod

Hey guys I have a question about the mod for the fog lights (should have asked before i did it) So I re-wired to turn on with the parking lights, so now everytime I turn them on/off I hear a tic noise from the fog relay. Was just wondering if that is a bad thing, and also doing this re-wiring won't blow any fuses or anything right? I know in the instruction it had said to re-wire to the tail light wire which I did. Would like to have sodered it but man I did not have a hell of a lot of room to work cause there was NO slack on the wires so i was only able to lift the top about 1/4 of the way.

Thanks guys...have a good holiday!

the relays are suppose to do that and ive had mine done for maybe a year and a half and i didnt solder them either had no problems ive checked the conenction a few times its been fine. u wont pop fuses or anything and u did wire them correct to the taillights is good. some people wire them to come on without any lights at all but to me thats pointless

Electromechanical relays click when they change state; like when the lights are turned on/off. This is normal relay operation.

Thanks guys for your responses. I just found it weird that it makes that loud tic noise now after i did the re-wire, cause before it did not do that. As long as it does not damage out the relay.

Thanks again.
