$250 from Infiniti Parts USA. I can only assume that it is the original factory part.

Correct, all aftermarkets I looked at didn't have the valve. Only Nissan OEM. If you get the pressure right you can actually hear the valve slap closed when you let off the throttle.

Thanks for that link, thats much cheaper. I wonder if the Infiniti one is the same as the Nissan. I would have to assume yes. Wonder if DAVEB could price match me. Rather give him the business.

I replaced my OEM one with a Bosal when money was painfully tight. The throttle response BLOWS and I want it back. Only thing that changed on the car was a muffler. I just cant believe it makes that much of a difference.
