There's a how-to around. Search it. But if I remember correctly, in order to get the steering wheel off you need to go get a steering wheel puller from Autozone. Last I checked, they even rented them.

No problem.

That's what you're looking for. Or a variant. I think they run around $10 if you don't want to rent it.

In the pic below, "Tool" is what SLCPunk267 is referencing.

Not 100% sure, but AFAIK, there should be two holes in the steering wheel to fit the two outer bolts into. From there, just use a socket wrench to tighten the center bolt which will pull the steering wheel off.

That pointer made me do a double-take when I saw it.

Btw, why are you going back to a Honduh?

Lol, guess I fail at screen-shots (on Linux).

Just not happy with the steering/suspension. Used to have a TL. I35 is definitely faster & has more torque, but loose steering/boatey-suspension trumps speed in my books.

Oh, I don't have a problem with Acura at all. I mean, I know it's made by Honda, but there's a big difference between a 305 HP Acura and a 118 HP Civic.

Have you not gotten the suspension done on the I35? A decent drop and stiffer struts get rid of that loose feel pretty well.

I've got KYB GR2s on stock springs, but almost everything has been changed, including the steering rack. Just down to the point where I don't really wanna throw more money at it just to get minimal gains.

That's one comment that I can hand out, related to the above post:

I replaced the OEM 16" stock with the 17" SE rims and the handling and feel did not change. Not at all. It could be the tires though, but still no change that I can discern. Can not feel the road.

Whereas my 1st Gen TL, when I went from 16 to the 17 3rd Gen wheels, 235/45/17, it was wow! BUT...the freeking wheels are too heavy for my 1st GEN!
