My guess is you get at in from the underside. Someone mentioned yellow cuts thru fog better. The 2k2 fog lights seem really dim.

Do BMWs, Audis, TLS have fog lights that matches the headlights?

Same here, i'd like to know what type of real (e.g. yellow) fog lights works for the 02. The OEM one's are really dim, close to useless in a real fog really.

Thanks.

Yes, you have to get to the fog lights under the car. There is a detailed write-up on 5thgenmaximas.com

I just intalled PIAA Ion Crystals in my fogs. They are very yellow and very easy on the eyes. They look green/white/yellow to oncoming traffic depending on the angle.

Yes, the stock fogs are useless in the fog.

Make sure you adjust the fog lights so they point up a little bit more than stock. I don't see the point in having them pointing almost straight down at the ground. Three turns clockwise seemed about right. At this angle they actually out-shine the low beams a little and I haven't got flashed yet.

What's the Cost?

What's the cost for the PIAA Ion Crystals? And where can we get them at? Also I remember someone said the we could also put a piece of yellow glass in the fog light and that would work also. Does anyone know about that?

$18.50 each (s&h extra) at Options Auto Salon at
http://www.optauto.com

I don't know about putting in the yellow glass thing. Then the fog lights would be even dimmer than before, albeit yellow. Sounds like a bad idea to me.
