Camshaft Sensor Removal

2002 Maxima SE

Tried to change both camshaft sensors today. I had no problem in removing the the electrical connectors and bolts, but the sensors will not come out. Both of them will turn, but I'm unable pull them out. How does one remove them?

Thanks

Thanks for the tip. I used a putty knife to slightly pry them as I turned the sensors and they came right out. Took about 10-15 minutes to change both of them.
