Agreed, to an extent. Im not gonna argue, because theres several reasons as to why a cat would fail, including normal deterioration. My original statement was replacing a rear o2 sensor would not fix the code because its a catalyst efficiency code, no fault of the sensor, since its located behind the catalytic converter.
