Looking for some help.. Starting Issue!

Ok im new to the 5th gen world .. I have always owned 4th gens .. I know alot of things are the same but want to do some double checking on this starting issue that I have now .. and today I got stuck ,

Ok so I replaced the battery and altenator recently cause it was needed ... but prior to changing that out I thought I was getting starting problems due to the power issue I was having with the battery and altentor and battery .. But no difference ill start it and it will try to grab hesitate and then grab but I would have to keep the key turned for that extra second !! then it would start and sometimes id get no problem .. well no all my power is fine i tried starting it got the hesitation then nothing i can hear the starter wind up (very soft sound and nothing )and i hear that click sound from the relay .. No other clicking sounds or grinding sounds nothing ...
Is this my stater bad ? the radio everything is perfect !!! no loss of power .. I tried jumping it but that didn't work either ..

I would appreciate as much help as I could get !

Change your starter out, I did it in the rain at the auto parts store, it doesn't take very long at all.

Also check your groundpoint going from the engine to the front head. If that isn't tight or is corroded your starter won't get enough juice to turn the engine over. Also make sure your battery terminals aren't loose or corroded.
