TV/DVD for 5th gen

I posted in the electronics forum a message that maybe of interest to 5th gen users. Toshiba has released a 9 inch portable TV DVD combo unit (# MD9DL1) that wedges perfectly between the front seats and sits on the arm rest. The fits is snug enough that it doesn't shift around. I just rest my arm on top of the unit when I am driving. It's an easier and cheaper set up ($379)for the rear passengers to watch movies. Check it out if you are curious. My kids are happier on long car rides now. It also handles CD's and has a headphone jack so we can listen to different things while on the road.

My original message on the electronics forum has not shown up there for some reason. This link will give you a picture and dimensions: http://www.toshiba.com/tacp/tv/tv_combo/MD9DL1.html
Like I said it wedges right between the seats. I put bungee cords around it for extra safety in case of a panic stop, by I don't think I really need the extra cords. It doesn't move or skip while I've driving. The kids love it. I will take a photo of it in my car and post it later.
