i did get knew springs. and i agree with you sooner that all in all its less time putting new springs in than keep on playing with the cut ones then putting in aftermarket one..blah..blah

I just took a measurement from floor to skirt, and it is exactly 8" in front of the back wheel, and the same 8" behind the front wheel. Exactly as expected. And my suspension is virtually stock: OEM springs, Tokico Blues, 17" SE rims with OEM-sized tires.

I'm calling BS on your "known fact", nismopc.

You're not permitted to dispute a "known fact" by actually walking to the car and measuring!

Arrgh...what will happen to all the other "known facts" now.....
