The first thing is mod it.....
Oh, you were actually looking for information. I think most will say RSB and/or Y-pipe first. Can't help on the lights. I've been looking myself.

lights
I have the sylvania cool blues...they were only about $8 each and they really made a huge difference. And they're actually legal too I don't know what kind I put in the fog lights. They're blueish...the packaging was all in japanese so I couldn't read it.

Lights
I have gone through a ton of different combinations and the ones that give you the nicest light and the best look is definitely, PIAA Xtreme white H4 and PIAA super white H3. Of course this is just my opinion but I have had the sylvania cool blues, piaa plasma, and a bunch of other ones.

well, the very first thing i did when i bought an intake for my car. then i bought a set of aftermarket rims and then i lowered my car.
then i bought a front strut tower bar. from there, i went ahead to buy a y-pipe, rear-sway bar, shocks, exhaust and more.

First thing I did was 18" wheels and tires, then new head unit and changer, then 2K2 HIDs for the headlights. Currently I'm installing new speakers and amps. Next is struts and springs. Then Yo-its-ok's SC in the summer, or i'll trade it in for a 350Z or G35 coupe.

Technical Service Bulletins
On a more practical note, if your car has any of the problems listed in the TSB sticky thread area you can take it to your Nissan dealer to fix under warranty. I had my front rotors replaced, rear bumper clips changed, new HVAC blower unit installed and tranny slip fixed. Unfortunately buying a first year production model comes with some headaches but I still love my Max
