Thats exactly what i had in mind, 50 not 60 tho

You can put them on and align everything and mark it in 3 area minimum ( after the flange is cut off) double check everything.....align mark your flex section and install a Vibrant interlocked turbo lined flex section and call it the day...... Or cut the secondary pipe (4-6" under the flange and install a sleeve) get your proper clock angle and use some ole school u clamps to secure in position then take them to the exhaust shop for welding by a technician......the fix is easy I've done this to a cheap pair of headers before and they fit like a glove with all the weak links fixed!

I think I-10 out near Lonestar Raceway is a perfect spot 3 lanes, no traffic, just remember to wear earplugs on your 20 mile journey....

Yea dont know why i didnt count the y pipe, pics coming soon and hopefully a dyno.
I dont have any other mods on the 03 so i will see the true power the headers make as soon as i can get some time to install.
The quality look pretty good for what they are i remember a while back { while back } when i had a honda i got dc sport headers and thier not as good quality as these besides the flaw in the flange.
Im sure thier not going to be amazing gain but thier will be some im betting this will be the next bang for your buck for the 02-03
let say it does see gains for 15 hp witch i think is possibly the design is pretty good.
what other mods can you see those gains for 180.00
The design almost reminds me of the SSAuto/XS Power design but better

Just to actually add to the discussion... save your money for Cattman, it's worth it.

These headers/Y-pipe still look and perform like brand new after 2 years.

And the sound with his headers and 3"... pretty nice if I say so myself.
