COIL PROBLEMS

Whats funny is its not throwing code for that. Rather its throwing code for Crankshaft Sensor Circuit. Now it's funny how I change that sensor and still getting that code. So that's why I though my car is not sparking on some cylinders. But I left the car on and unplug each and everyone to see if it change and engine noise. Every one of them I took out engine noise change except the one in middle top. To make sure I had an extra coils sitting around so I plug the extra coil and test to metal see if it sparks. So I figured out which one I need to change. But I'm just curious why would my CEL shows different than the problem its occurring. It was too late for me to change the coil out tonight so I'm going to change it tomorrow to see if it gets cured by that.
Any other ideas what could it be wrong?

hey OP, I'm basically trying to get my car to run the same way as well. I noticed you said you tried unplugging each coil to try and find out where the problem was. How obvious was it when you unplugged the coil that it was the one that was dead? I finally got around to trying it today on my car. I had a P0302 so I tried to test the one on cylinder 2 as well as the other 2 in the front but... maybe it's just me but I didnt seem to notice a very big difference... Did you find out when the car was up to operating temperature or cold? If it's not too much trouble, would you be able to try and show me by video how much of a difference taking out a good coil made to the engine?
