HELP FIXING WATER-NECK PLZ

sooo... i had someone put a new motor in my car. they took off the water-neck for whatever reason i dont know and broke the screw off in the head of the motor. I've tried JB Weld and cant think of anything else.

Try using a screw extractor, that may do the job. Worst case is you drill out the old bolt/screw and use a heli-coil.
