Cold Air through Steering Column??

Call me crazy but I think I have cold air coming through the column and making my hands cold.

Anyone ever heard of this?

The rest of the cabin is toasty warm and it is freezing around the bottom of the wheel especially.

Has anyone ever seen this and is it an easy fix?

Is there some sort of seal/grommet where the steering column exits the cabin?

Any help would be appreciated since it really sucks now that it's getting cold.

Remove the kicker panel under the steering column (2 screws and some snaps.. and you have to unplug the heated steering and auto seat movement switch harnesses). Then look at your firewall where the steering column goes through.

Will do.

Glad it's accessible from the inside.

What am I looking for?

I recently noticed cold air coming in from the door handles and trunk opener area. I'm gonna have to pop the doors off and insulate it a bit.
