my morning hesitation in idle heres the vid please help!!!!!

hey guys here is a vid of my hesitation issue in idle when cold ( it hesitates bad when i take off in the morning when its cold too, and its still there when warm but not as bad

also do these numbers sound right for my maf :
4.97 red wire to black wire on maf. steady at idle.
13.90 black wire from maf to pos. terminal on battery- shows good grounding on the maf.
13.90 red wire from maf to neg bat terminal- shows good power source on maf.
1.34 v at idle in between white wire and black wire on maf with a steady rise up. only when car is running obviously

is that good readings?

let me know if the vid reminds you of anything e.i. vac leak, bad maf bad tps

you can see im trying to hit 2000 rpm and it will bog down when im hold the peddle steady at 2000 then i release the peddle it goes to 1000 rpm and re apply to acheve steady rpm again at 2000 and it bogs down again, once its warm its gone,i can only feel what feels like a miss at 1500 rpm when taking off and if im cruising at a steady speed on the highway i can feel it "skipping" at that rpm range

please help!!!!!! ive done so much!!!!!!

My max has recently started doing this, and I haven't had time to check it.
I know it also used to do this in my 300ZX and that was linked to a bad cylinder head temp sensor. Not sure if there is a equivalent for the max or if it's MAF related .

Interesting, I will look into that... Seeing that nobody has this problem except you if you find a cure please let me know, I will do the same
Things I have already done are
Tested and adjusted tps
Tested my maf but I don't know if those numbers are accurate. Replaced cts, plenum gasket and tb gasket fuel pump and filter, cleaned tb and iacv, plugs, no missfire, good fuel pressure, good compression, did a smoke test, performed a moto vac to clean up the carbon, I think what ever it is the reason why its almost totally elimitated when warm is because the 02 sensors kick in and correct the problem. Is there a cylinder head temp sensor on the max???

i took my egr solenoid off my valve today to make sure i had movement in the valve itself w/o removing the whole ***. it looked good so i put it all back together. once i fired it up the idle was pulsating like it does when it hesitates when cold, i turned it off and took the air cleaner box and tb off again, i didnt notice any lines disconnected so i thought it must be the solenoid, i unscrewed the 3 allen key screws and popped it off, when i took it off i noticed artound the screws there was what looked like peices of a gasket.... i cleaned all the crap off and put it back together, and it ran normal but still started rough..... sooooo, my question is does anyone know if there is supposed to be a gasket there???? i would think so because, if the valve opens and thats not air tight you would think that air is being sucked in threw the non tight seal.....

heres the picture of where im thinking there should be a gasket..
