Okay, LEDs...First I'll apologize for the crappy cell pictures. Keep in mind the white balance is completely screwed on most of these.

Here's my dome light. I used Part Number: UPCB-CWHP30-FES and two paperclips to hold it in the fixture through convenient existing holes.

The map lights I haven't worked out yet. I currently have the same panel as the dome light with a different connector. I tried using double sided tape but it kept falling down. I think I am going to find a smaller light for this fixture. But here's what I have now.

I was afraid the step lights weren't going to bright enough but it turned out great and I'm very happy with them. I used Part Number:WLED-CWHP6-AC.
I also used this bulb for the reverse lights.

There is already a write up somewhere for the instrument cluster but here are the bulbs for that. If you buy these and they don't work just turn it around in the socket, they are polarized.

My side markers were out and I decided to put LEDs in those too. For these you will want to order amber and red bulbs for the front and rear fixtures. If you use white LEDs you will end up with washed out colors and the red will look pink. These are the same bulbs I used in the step lights and the reverse lights (except red and amber). Part number WLED-AHP6-AC and WLED-RHP6-AC.

I intend to change the rest of the lights to LEDs eventually. I will update this post as I make changes.

Not bad at all. A couple things though -

* Paperclip to hold it in? Get some 3M double stick tape or something...the metal of the paperclip can come in contat with the metal of the individual LEDs and cause a short.

* The LED panels are good...all from SBL? They're a bit expensive for those, and don't have all 5050 SMD LEDs (the 5050s are 3x brighter than the others, and SBL only has the 5050s on their 9-SMD panels).

But good job overall LEDs are a nice upgrade from stock, for sure!

That does look nice! I should do that as well as time goes on. Next up though (most likely), 04 heated I35 steering wheel. Anyone know where I can get a HSW switch??

In just a few weeks the .org will have a new source for ready made LED kits for the 4th and 5th gens...someone's going through the development and aquisition phases as we speak...

Nice work dude! Zip ties will work fine for those LED boards, just use the small skinny ones.

Yeah, I just didn't want to drill any holes in the map light housing. I think I'm going to find something smaller anyway. Those things literally blind you for several seconds when you turn them on at night.

I should have mentioned that they are plastic coated paper clips. I ain't very smart but I'm a bit smarter than that.

I tried using double sided tape but the heat this summer kept causing them to droop against the lens.
