I need a new motor asap

Hello everyone I was reading the threads but I could find what I need. Well I need to get a new motor for my 2000 maxima aoutomatic what I really want to know is can I put a 2002 or newer, and what is the best motor? im looking for powere. and what would I need? Like the computer exc... Thank u in advace

God dam you are noob. It would take alot of time and money to do a 3.5 swap. And you want a 03 motor if you where going to do a 5th gen vq35. and gou have a vq30dek. You can get good power out of them with some mods.

If going with the 3.5 I would go 04 and up 02-03 might get a oil burner mine bit the bullet a little under 153k now got a 04 with 66k on the motor and it was a super clean engine well maintained....
