I would of called the cops and got the issue on record ASAP. Then present the proof to both the police and insurance company.

I'd probably react like this guy

I think I'd kill this guy had he done this to my car. Such a cancer on society.

On a serious note- just get her info, plenty of photos and call the cops to be safe- if she drives off, you pretty much one the case if you get her license number.
