STUPID FAN!!!!!
ight for some weird reason my second fan wont come on.. its suppose to come on when the a.c is on correct>?
i changed it out wit a new fan and the same thing the thing does not come on... ( looking at the engine the right fan comes on but not the left)
now heres where my mind draws a blank when i turn my a.c on it runs well when im driving ... when the car is in park for a lil while i think the a.c clutch disengages and my ac starts blowing hot air...
check the left and right fan fuse under the hood and they are both good...
\
any ideas on what might be up???

In the box next to the fuse box there are 3 fan relays as I remember. One of them may have gone bad.
Have you tried taking the electrical connector from the non-working fan and plugging it into the fan that works? If the previously working fan now doesn't work then it is most likely a fuse or relay.

Both fans should always run at the same time, never just one.
In the box in front of the battery are the fan relays.
Fan Relay 1 controls the low speed on both fans.
Fan Relay 2 controls the high speed for the fan closest to the battery.
Fan Relay 3 controls the high speed for the fan towards the passenger side.
Since the fan doesn't run when you turn on the a/c, Fan Relay 1 is the suspect. Swap it with either relay 2 or 3 and see if this helps.
As to the a/c compressor stopping, this could be normal. The ECU will turn off the a/c if the engine temperature is getting too hot. When the car is stopped, the radiator fans have to do all the cooling. When you're moving, the car's speed gives you air flow through the radiator.

When you first swapped relays and the fan came on, this may indicate that there is some kind of bad connections in the wiring in the relay box. As you swapped relays, you wiggled things. But I don't see a clear cut pattern to this as it takes 2 relays. I don't know the physical construction of the relay box and how it connects into the wire harness. If the relay box uses a connector, then this would be suspect.
Otherwise, pull out the fan relays and look carefully at the wires in the socket that the relay plugs in to. Look for wires that look to be deeper in their hole than the others. Check the fuses again, maybe something happened to make it blow.
