QUESTION: OBX HEADERS

Whats up everyone so my car has been throwing a CEL po430 code on and off for the past 4 yrs now I've changed both bank 1 and 2 and the precat 4yrs ago and almost 2 or 3 O2 sensors out of 4 sensors and I don't want buy another catalytic converter so I've decided to get OBX Headers since I can't afford Cattman Headers. Now my question is how many versions did they come out with? I know they came out with V1 and V2, how about V3, if so whats the difference between the V2 and V3? Looking to buy some ASAP. Any info would be great.

Thanks
Jerseyboy

Fitment isnt the best in the world on an A32 but doable. Pretty sure its damn near the same on the A33. What year Max OP?

I got a 2001 AE Max just purchased the 2002-2003 OBX HEADERS from ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/OBX-Racing-Exhau...item2c5d9073b5. Cant wait until I get them and put them on da Max. Now its best to buy the gaskets from Nissan rather than using the ones that come with it right? I'll keep you guys posted when I install them. Hold up these should fit on a 2001 Max right???

you should probably ask questions first, before you just go ahead and buy something your unsure will fit or not..just something you might wanna keep in mind for future reference.

I've read a while back that it's best to buy the ones that are for 2002-2003 instead of the ones for 2000-2001 because of the y-pipe and I just wanted to make sure that they will fit that's all but thxs anyway bro

That's what I'm gonna do. Hopefully gonna go buy some today after work or might just call DaveB. Is it best to powdercoated/wrapped the headers before install? Damn I've been driving around looking for shops past few days to get a quote how much it's gonna cost me to install my headers some say they don't mess with Maximas b/c there scared they might **** up some **** bout the bolts, other shops don't wanna work on it b/c they don't wanna eliminate the catalytic converters, or they are pricey say between $400-$700. I found a guy that would do it around $150-$200 but idk if he knows what he's doing. If I can't find someone to do it I guess I'm gonna have to. Anyone knows any shops in Atl that are not expensive plz let me know.

Thxs
