Magazines say 8 secs, but it probably ranges from mid 7's to low 8's depending on the conditions. Also, it may be faster if you shift the auto manually. The auto shifts around 6200 rpm, which is way before redline.

You hit 60 mph in only about 7.0 seconds with the manual transmission. And a Maxima with the responsive 4-speed automatic isn't all that much slower at 7.7 seconds.
And I hope my (actually my wife's) auto 2k1 SE AE will be a bit faster. We'll see after a nice long break-in.
