I did install NWP spacers a couple of weeks prior to the new ypipe.
My findings are more power out of the hole and low rpm are quite noticable. Mid range to upper rpm doesn't feel like a strong pull, but the tach and speedo say otherwise. Not sure what's going on here. I can feel the vias kick in a lot more now as well. Hmmm, guess I shouldn't have sold my NWP BOP last year. Tried it b4 the pipe & spacers and noticed a loss of power in the low end.
Yes sir you should of waited on selling that BOP....

I'll probably order another one. It's easy enough and inexpensive enough to try again. If I don't like it this time I'll screw it to my work bench as a reminder.
The long term forcast says a warmer and drier fall than normal, so maybe I've got time.
It's 50* and raining right now.

Didn't realize you were making BOP's. Cool.

That's the perfect alternative, eh spock?

I thought you guys saw a pic at Matt's place...

I'm not making these in mass quantities. Each on is hand made, cut on a band saw, filed and polished, then media blasted to look more like the OEM plate. They are 1/2" thick 6061 aluminum

How much are you asking? I'll likely take one as I'm sure it's reasonable.

That's nice, Ray.

I thought you made one that was this thick plastic-like material, and painted black... no? Am I not remembering that right?

I'm guessing that longer bolts are required for the install?

M8x20 flange-heads.

Um... clearly the polished Ti bolts look nicer, but they would also cost more than your BOP, so I recommend Home Depot.

No, you can use the OEM bolts, if you look at the OEM plate it is thicker at the bolt holes.

Hey John, the plate on my car was ceramic coated with crappy VHT spray paint which is slowly peeling off

I'm sure it would be easy enough to find a decent powdercoater in your area. Guarantee if I dropped that off at the guy I found last year, it wouldn't cost more than $15 give-or-take to have it coated.

I can ceramic coat stuff myself now. Got a small air brush. I coated my LIM and new BBMAF in black velvet and they turned out perfect. I used a product called cilgen. It doesn't require baking in an oven so very easy to use.

Positive news! I just got a BOP and Cattman Y so this makes me feel good about that decision.
