Rear beam noise. need help to find bushings.

hi all,
I drive a 2000 maxima GLE. I am lowered on tein h-tech springs. It has a terrible rear suspension noise. The noise sounds like rubber on metal twisting. I will try to get a video up soon. I think it may be a bushing in the scott russel link. where can i get these bushings or do I need to order a new scott russel link? Thanks in advance for any help.

Unfortunately, you can't really isolate where the sound is coming from by watching a video. I would suggest having another person push down on the car while you're under it so you can locate the origin of the sound.

One trick you can try is to spray the rear beam bushings with some silicone or graphite spray to lube them up.

Ok. I have located where the noise is coming from. It seems like it is coming from a silver dogbone looking peice inside the scott russel link. Is there a way to replace the bushings or do I need a new part?

I had the exact same problem on mine. I was not able to find replacement bushings, so I bought the whole thing. Nissan calls it a "link" or sometimes a "Rod compl-control" part# 55120-2Y610. I got mine from a junkyard for 5 dollars. New they run about 60 bucks. Its part # 9 on the diagram.
