Yet another issue

So I went to the gas station and filled up $40 of 93, then went a couple miles to pepboys to pick up oil and a filter. About half a mile from pepboys coming to a red light I depress the clutch and hit the brakes and the car just stalls out.
Throw on hazards, and start the car back up and it is struggling to start and almost sounds like a whiny noise. Get into pepboys and the ***** is running like **** once again.

So now my car is in the pepboys parking lot waiting to get towed later after I leave school. I am going to bring it home and start with an oil change, and new belts then go from there. I am really hoping I do not need to replace the clutch just yet or there is any internal engine damage.

So far though I have to say the maxima has been falling apart on me ... I guess being 9 years old and having mostly original parts **** is going to break. Will update when I get the belts installed either tomorrow night or thursday night.

It's not the clutch or the brakes or the oil. I would have Manny, Moe or Jack check and see what codes you have before you have the car towed. It could be a lot of things.

A lose timing chain tensioner isn't going to throw a check engine light.

What codes came up when you scanned it?
