Installing HIDs in halo/projector headlights

I'm having trouble wiring my HIDs power to the 02-03 halo/projector style headlights, I put the positive wire to the wire that plugs into
The stock h3 bulb that comes with the headlight and I that the negative was a black wire that was screwed into the side of the h3 side light housing, after trying to see if what I did was right I found out it doesn't work, and even the halos are not working and where working b4. I know the halos have there own black and red power support so could that black wire I used have been to the halos? I need help knowing where to plug up the negitive and positive power from the HIDs, and help would be great. If there is a do it you self thread that speaks about how to install hids I'n these lights please post a link, my home network isn't working so I'm stuck using my phone witch is very slow and frustrating. Please all the help I can get can be useful.
how it's wired

Is your power input to the ballast is connected properly (plus to plus, ground to ground)

Try this:

Hook up the ballast straigth to the battery and see if the HID lit up. if it does, something in the wiring does't get the juice flowing.

Try conecting the ground to the battery ground or body panel. Sometimes the ground in the headlights are not good enough to make the system close.

Just checking, are you sure you connect the 12+ from the ballast to the low beam +12?

What i should look at to try to fix this problem I'm alll ears. What I find wierd is my radio display hasn't worked for half a year and after taking the car for a test drive with the new lights the display lit up, my max is haunted

I wired all the power cables from the driver aide angle eyes to the passingsr side, as u can see I'n this pic. and this is how it's wired to the lights that are good if I put plug up both sides the angle eyes shut off, if I unplug the passingsr side the drive aide works, it's not the cables because I used the end from the passinger to the drive side and the driver side kit up good, could it be that the resister isn't sending out all the power it need for both passinger and driver side?
