hesitation / jerk on accel

when my max is dead cold, and i try to go anywhere, it get to about 1800-2000 pm and jerks without going into 2nd gear. if i floor it, it pushes past the 2k mark and jumps forward and pops into 2nd gear. but if i let the rpms come down again, it start jerking again.

what i need help with is where to look first to find out why this is happening.

currently have p0420, p0430, p0011, and p0340 codes also. im hoping its acting this way because of a code or something causing a code and my tranny isnt going bad.

You've got 2 catalytic codes and 2 cam position sensor codes. P0420 and P0430 are on because of P0011 and P0240. P0420 and P0430 is the Oxygen sensors detecting the converter is not working as efficiently because of your CPS is off timing and explains why your running rough. My advice is find out whats causing P0011 and P0240.

thank you, i am trying to find the cause of the p0011. i am having no luck so far. the p0340 pops up and disappears. i was guessing its cause was the p0011.

any idea where to start looking for info on the p0011 repair? i have read around on other places what others have tried and failed. im not looking to do that. i would much rather have someone from the org with expeirence guide me to the proper starting place.
