Ralco RZ pulley sleeve?

I was wondering if the Ralco RZ underdrive pulley is supposed to come with a stainless steel sleeve? I am pretty sure the instructions that came with my new pulley are pretty generic so they may be slightly off.
And for everyone wondering what belts to use for this pulley, the manufacturer recommends gates belts k060408 (41.5") and K040292 (29.75"). Do not use the 29.75" belt it is too small. The stock size is a match though

2 piece is normally a bad idea. But aside from that I don't think it has a sleeve.

The second piece that is held on by 4 allen bolts is what they call a "timing ring", I dont really know if it is needed, but I'm keeping it on there anyways. Thank you for the reply.

From my recollection, it is needed on the 3.0. Definitely not on the 3.5

Sorry for another question, but does anyone know the size of the bolt head holding the pulley?

Here is an image of the two pulleys. My old one separated in my hands after I removed it from my car.

Do not use the 29.75" belt that RZ recommends it is too small.

I'm guessing that the 29.75" belt would be used if you were bypassing the a/c compressor.

No, the 29.75" is supposed to be used for the power steering, but it is about two sizes too small. The stock size for the power steering works.
