You have no idea how confused I was reading this at first. Lol.

Anyways. I'm gonna get the transmission stuff squared away first and then do a bench test on the TB to make sure it operates correctly with the pedal (or not). If I can't get it to work with my harness, ill cop that. I have an engine harness on the way right now. It's in Jacksonville

I'm not near the city, i'm on the other side of the state. And yes, we get sat signal. I've had my garmin in the glove box because I'm using the front plug and having nav in my dash is one reason I'm getting a double din to begin with. Just waiting for a nice bargain. Also want it to look semi OEM. Don't want a ton of *****/buttons.

purple arrow means that gps is currently in use. go to settings and location and you can see what app is currently using the GPS and turn off if you like.

You can always add Nav to that unit IIRC, it looks to be my next radio for the red car.

If gps is a option you need non of the alpines but the newest one have it built in and the older system is crap.I would go kenwood if nav is desired
