And there's always Watkins Glen.

The cars were getting chucked about pretty severely, even though the pics make it all look like they're just sitting still on the pavement. In other words, who knows what was going on when that photo was taken. After all, his G is RWD with limited slip and these big, wide tires.

I'd be in for that. The mini Indy course, (obviously), not so much, as I didn't run. I checked out Tuner's tires after the run and they took a handy little beating.

Yea. All personal opinion. Nothing wrong with that. No.hate from me though. It looks good to me. Just those few things I have opinions on.

And just for you to visualize, nax's lip was about that same height from the ground on the 20s.

Nice. Nothing like the feeling of turning the key for the first time again..... Then your heart stops for a split second while you wait for the motor to stop knockin while it builds oil pressure. Lol

I took the photos and admit it was a poor job. Should have tried video, (not my camera), but was afraid of running out of storage too soon. They were all taken in "action mode", which, in hindsite, may have made them look like they were standing still. I was actually leading the cars a little with the camera for a lot of the shots. I was just too far away.

Considering the location on the track, I'd say accelerating hard after cutting through the last gate.

She needs coilovers dammmmmit! But the Sport suspension is still in very good shape, looks and feels like it's already been replaced once, but if not, I'm in awe of the durability of them.

I know why you would say that, but actually the cones on their side on purpose, to demonstrate direction in a turn.

I really don't know anything about the Glen, but I know enough to know that I know more than you know, you know?

There are all kinds of instructional and non-competitive events at Watkins Glen Raceway, open to anyone.

No signifigant zoom and too far away. At that distance you're right, there are likely better settings, but you were just following my advice, my camera and all.

Videos are seriously missed though, I have to say

I think the first shot does it justice. Front bumper is terrible along with the whole "theme" if it has one at all. Very fast car though

There are premade brackets FS here:

the actual bracket dimensions are buried somewhere in this thread:

This. Everyone that is a driving enthusiast should run at least one autoX sometime in their life. Otherwise, fail.

The sad part? That front bumper is a Stillen special.

I'm amazed that they would make something that looks so absolutely terrible...

On another note...I think I found a set of shoes for the G.

Konig Milligrams. 18x8.5 +25 up front, 18x10 +25 rear. Just under $1000 for a set.

Why?

Just more money to spend on rubber. Especially considering that 19 is an odd size, and the tire prices are ridiculous, even compared to 20's.

18's look just fine on the G.

Don't know if it is...but it's still an awesome picture none the less. The one I saw originally had a caption that read, "Time goes, Friends stay."

Trying to figure out where to go with the G for now.

Wanting rims and tires to set off the lowered suspension. But I also really want an exhaust.

Decisions, decisions...
