"Okay. Just making sure."

It's just a petty move in a petty game girls play to try and keep you thinking about them. The best way to respond, if it's a girl you're interested in keeping around, is to wait two or three hours before you respond. Then it'll get them thinking, "Oh damn...maybe he DID forget about me."

Then, when you finally respond, they'll be excited to hear from you, and send back more than one word. Stupid, but it works.
*** that lol..***** did that twice, never got another response...one more time like that and i'll delete her number lol

one girl hmy and was like i'm in your town i'm like oh really, she replies yes yadd yadda yadda..i replied i guess i gota come see you while you here..then the convo flatlined, i deleted her, so she text me last wk, i asked who it was, no reply

Honestly, I miss my Max from time to time. I think, maybe, moreso the 6MT than anything. But it was a fun little sleeper for what it was.

If I could find a 4th gen 5MT in decent shape, say a '98 or '99, I wouldn't mind getting it as a second car.

I have 45 minutes to come up with a position on a topic of debate and type three pages.

No problem to write it. But I don't know wtf to discuss.

These are awesome topics. And if it was for a real presentation, I'd LOVE to discuss something like that. Unfortunately, it's a basic position paper to show that we understand how they work.

I picked Online Dating.

THIS is why I fccking HATE writing position papers for Government/History/Psychology/Morality classes. Nine times out of ten, if the professor doesn't agree with you, they'll be far, FAR more harsh in grading a paper, unless you can somehow back up every angle you have with solid evidence.

I remember in a theology class in high school (Catholic), writing on how I believed in Intelligent Design. My professor tore my paper apart, and criticized every little thing I said. I even cited more sources than were necessary.

However, the kid who wrote the paper on how the creation story was real, and cited the Bible, and a few online references, got a 98. Bullsh*t.

That's the issue right there, Brett. If you were in a Catholic High School, why in the HELL (pun intended) did you even make the argument against what is "conventional" in that environment? That's like me going to a Lesbian convention and trying to get them to convert to men. Not the right forum!

As you can see in this round-up, Merovi was 0.999 seconds faster than me, and Tuner was 0.262 faster. Tuner went off-course once, I did it twice and Merovi was spot-on the entire event. None of us were penalized for hitting a cone, and pretty much all of us steadily improved run over run.

Although the biggest improvement came in my sixth run, when I finally disabled Traction Control. Wish I had done that right away, like Tuner did.
Nooooo sir, Merovi went off once, you twice, me none.

None of us hit cones.

I like the idea. I went to a paint shop today and I met the guy that I'll be working with, amazing dude, seriously.

We got to chatting this morning about painting the car, and more specifically having him fix my horrid paint job on the trunk (rochester can attest).

After some chatting out he comes with a buffer and makes me look like a tool:
