My ex wife was so naive. SO MANY tricks I pulled on her.

One time she calls me at work fussing because she had fallen in the floor. I asked why that was my fault and she said I had taken the chair. I reminded her I told her I was going to take our computer chair to work that day cause I needed one. Needless to say my laughing and questioning her observational skills did not go over well.

When you use this, CJ, do you stick it all the way in?

Man, that looks uncomfortable. Maybe this is why you're so grumpy all the time?

I've seen it occasionally...

it's a weird sight to see, for sure. Usually around here though they tow 'em by the front, so it looks like one is mounting the other...

$2,100 to have the engine shipped here.
$630 in new parts and random ish that needed to be replaced/used up during reassembly.
$200 for the new Spec Clutch, $170 for the TWM STS, $93 for the Fidanza friction plate to go on my lightweight flywheel.
47 hours of labor for the swap. (*$50/h).

I'll dyno it when I get my license back.

Ain't sht.

i think this should be well noted in regards to MPG.

So i got to a point where i realized that it was more beneficial for having a trustworthy shop do my oil change...with that said. I went to the Honda Dealership the other day and had the oil changed in my integra. Well i noticed my MPG went to ****..basically dropped to like 24MPG and was barely getting 300 miles to a tank, where before i could stretch it to almost 350 per tank. Well i changed my oil this past weekend and saw that they put a smaller oil filter on there than was supposed to be. Put the right sized one back on, larger of course...my gas mileage immediately went back up on the first tank to 26mpg that i already started driving on. this tank is looking back to it's old self...oil filter size is crucial to MPG

it got to a point where it was as expensive/slightly cheaper to let people change it for me instead of me doing it. i did it this time around because both places were packed and they had the oil change special with the products i use for an oil change

OMG, I just said that exact same thing in Americaner's thread.

Different reasons, though. He brags about paying for oil changes, and then b1tches about a botched oil change. That kind of contradictory nonsense is exactly what Hustler would do. Do what I say, not what I do, and never what I think I do but tell everybody I'm an expert at anyway.

Or something to that effect. LOL

what i use val max life 5w30 and purolator...without a sale it's over $30 for just those materials...the place i can go to to get an oil change is like $25, they use castrol...while i'm not a fan of castrol..it's good enough to run 3k miles and get an oil change..which is the intervals i choose to do my oil change, although the distance i travel daily would allow me to do 5k oil changes.

It's like you're the new Hustler. And absolutely you deserve a slap. Here's five of them.

if they are packed and i can get the parts for the same price, i dont see why i shouldnt be able to just buy what i need and do the oil change myself. at the end of the day, you're not 'saving money'...it's more of a convinence you're saving yourself nowadays when it comes to an oil change...you're going to pay at right around $30 for oil change parts nowadays...the reputable shop i go to to get an oil change charges around $25...honda dealership charges $32 i believe...see where i'm going w/ what i'm saying?
