Thanks, Cj. I'll take your advice.
That's the thing. I didn't. Which is why it's curious that she's springing this pregnancy on me now.

I generally date the athletic type. Like I said...I don't know what I was thinking dating this one. I guess it as just a bad lapse in judgment. And getting myself tied up in things I shouldn't have.
I would be lying if I said that same thought didn't cross my mind when she told me.
As a joke, of course.

But I'm also not going to tell her to do it. That's just what I need is for them to have her on the stand at court and try to use the, "Well, he wanted me to get rid of it," argument.
Personally, I'm not pro-abortion. But I'm not anti-abortion, either. I choose to stand a ground of quiet apathy, because no matter which side you take, there's always someone calling you a lunatic for it.
I just use sandwich bags and hair ties. Work fantastic.

That's her decision, honestly. If she wants to pull the proverbial plug on the child, I won't stop her.

Hell no.

My nefarious plan is to make you hate me, and then say something that makes you LOL, for whatever reason and in no particular sequence, but numerous times throughout the day. Eventually, you'll become a quivering pile of nonsense, and my job will be complete.

hard to hear brett. I hear what you are saying, best interest of the child, but as a male you cannot make the decision for her. There is really nothing you can do to convince ANYONE about what they can do short of the mother being investigated and seeing if she is capable of being a parent. Because you want an adoption doesn't mean jack **** unfortunately.
Having been in that sitution, my ex wanted to keep me and she got pregnant. I made it clear we weren't staying together and she did it anyways by lying about birth control. There is nothing you can do unfortunately and the system is practically designed to F the guy over in every way possible.
She wanted me to have 50/50 split on taking care of our son but she wanted full custody. She also wanted child support and all the snaz. I fought her on full custody and won joint. Back when my son was born she made 50+ a year and I made 22k ish. Even with those figures, and the fact we were joint and whatnot I was demanded to pay $113 a week in child support. Living off 22k a year isn't easy, now try it with 50% gone and on top of the taking care of a newborn and all the bills that come with that.
System is F'd. Rant over.
