That depends greatly on what exactly you are referring to that would be compatible. That is way too open a question for a single answer. And if you are looking for a specific part to work on your car, use the search. If it's possible, it's probably been done already.

I've wondered this for the 5.5 gen several times but obviously I had a part in mind and usually just searched or tried it out.

2000-2003 are all considered part of the 5th gen (2002-2003 being the 5.5 gen) so most exterior body parts are interchangeable.

the 5.5 gen has the VQ35 whereas the 00-01 has the VQ30. Just about anything from the 01 will work on the 00 and vice versa.

Stock suspension difference between the 5th and 5.5 gen is only a piece that holds the ABS line from what I remember. specify what part you're looking for. If there was a list of this stuff all on a thread and organized, that'd be very useful.
