Just installed PIAA Xtreme H3 lights.

I think they are whiter than the stock but as far as
brighter they are not. I think the stock ones are brighter.
It's just that the PIAA are more white. If these burn out
I'm going back to stock. Just my 02 cents.

Go with the H4's. They are brighter than the H3's. Night and day difference between the H4's and stock bulbs. It makes the stock bulbs look yellow.

I have Nokya H4's for the headlights and they are bright.
But comparing the stock H3's and the PIAA's the stock
is brighter just not white, yellow like you said.
